Granby Oil & Gas Plc
Granby Oil & Gas Plc is an AIM listed company that commissioned Lateral Solutions to work with the finance department to make the most of their accounting package. Lateral Solutions identified how substantial time savings and productivity gains could be achieved, training staff in the new procedures to achieve this. Through more efficient work practices and insights into data reporting, the company was able to save literally hours of time each month generating reports.

P&O Properties Limited
P&O Properties, as part of the P&O Group of companies, asset manages a wide range of commercial properties principally in the UK. P&O Properties turned to Lateral Solutions for advice concerning accounting systems following certain property transactions with which it was involved.  After a series of meetings and discussions to elicit the requirements of a new system, Lateral Solutions presented options for consideration by the company. Once accepted, Lateral Solutions project managed the implementation of the new system, ensuring that delivery was within budget and on time. We configured the new system to the needs of P&O Properties, and helped train staff in its operation so as to meet the reporting requirements set by third parties.

Berker Bros Limited
As leaders within wedding ring manufacture in the UK, Berker Bros Limited had steadily grown year on year whilst their business systems had not. Work flows and business processes had become increasingly complex, and the demands of customers for detailed information concerning their orders was placing increasing strain on existing systems. Berker Bros turned to Lateral Solutions to evaluate their requirements, and to assist in the tender process for a new work flow/ accounting application. As impartial observers of work flow and CRM systems, Lateral Solutions was able to provide Berker Bros with a vigorous set of criteria upon which to base their decision. First Grosvenor Properties Limited
When Jeff Rosen and David Golding established First Grosvenor Properties Limited in January 2005, they needed to hit the ground running. “We needed to establish a West End presence quickly and with IT and phone systems in place within strict deadlines.
